Faroes: Coinneach MacLeod journeys through the culinary and cultural landscapes of the Nordic region. In the Faroes, Coinneach meets farmers who prepare a traditional meal of fermented sheep’s head and at a high-end restaurant, is served a seafood dessert.

Bornholm: Coinneach MacLeod journeys through the culinary and cultural landscapes of the Nordic region. On Denmark’s Bornholm, he visits the Sol over Gudhjem food festival, helps make a rather unusual pastry and collects honey to make a local liqueur.
