Fuine is back but this time with a new face. Gregor MacLeod has been passed the baton – or the rolling pin - and is heading out on the road to meet some of the Highlands and Islands’ best home cooks and bakers.
Gregor is a professional cook at the Callanish Stones Centre in Lewis. He also runs his own B&B just down the road in the village. His life revolves around food but he knows that you can learn so much more from a passionate and practised person than from any cookery book. In this series he is out on the road collecting tips and tricks on how to take his baking and cooking to the next level.
